We have recently doing our two bathroom, laundry, and powder room renovation in our house. During appliances shopping, we have been assisted by Nilo Mukarram from Cook and Bathe Flemington where we bought majority of the parts. Nilo was very helpful and patience in recommending the different toilet, vanity, basin sink, and shaving cabinets as well as any mirror that we ended up using. On top of this, Nilo has also been very helpful in explaining in details regarding the ordering process as well as the delivery. Nilo has been very responsive since day one and always keeping us updated with the product availability, projected shipment date as well as finding alternative product that has the same design but cheaper price as well. The added plus is that Nilo has always very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to recommend Cooke and Bathe Flemington for any bathroom renovation shop for friends and family. We recently completed a bathroom, ensuite and laundry renovation and couldn’t be happier with the tap-ware, basins, bath, toilets and fittings we purchased from Cook and Bathe. We visited and obtained quotes from all the usual retailers in Moonee Ponds/Essendon before we decided to visit and purchase from Cook and Bathe. Cook and Bathe in Flemington is a large modern showroom displaying multiple ranges of goods to select from. Jacob patiently listened to our requirements, showed us through the displays and complied quotes to suit 2 different budgets. The level of attention and service we received here far exceeded what was offered by the other retailers. The quality of the items is second to none, and the photos speak volumes. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Michelle at Cook & Bathe who helped me with my bathroom renovation. It turns out she’s been there for 10 years and it really shows as her product knowledge is fantastic. Michelle was invaluable in helping me with selection and design ideas, quickly recognising my style and matching these to my budget. Renovations don’t always run smoothly, or at least mine didn’t, but I truly appreciated Michelle’s patience and professionalism – as my parameters seemingly kept changing, she would have a solution. Other C&B staff were good too, but after a while I would wait for Michelle to become available as she was always across everything; would not hesitate to recommend her.
